For a successful diet plan (of your choice), simply follow these four simple rules to help us look and feel healthy.
Rule #1: Eat 5-6 meals Per Day
You have to eat 5-6 meals per day to ensure that you have enough food in each meal. It is important that you take smaller but more frequent meals, instead of just one huge meal. This also helps to lessen hunger pains and cravings. A good way to do it is to split up between 3-4 meals into 6 servings per meal. That way, it wont give you problems with your stomach.
Rule #2: Be Consistent
A successful diet plan has to be easily repeatable. This means that once you do it for a day, you have to do it for your next 2 days. Once youve achieved it for 2 days in a row, you have to do it for your third day. Keep on repeating this until you reach 3 weeks. This is the key here.
Rule #3: Have A Variety Of Foods
It is very important that you have a diversity of foods in your diet. You should have various kinds of food in your diet, to maintain a variety of tastes in your body. This also helps to keep your body energized. You should have proteins, carbohydrates, vegetables, proteins, fats, etc. etc. in your diet as per the requirement. The variety will not spoil the meal. If you have a certain diet in your mind, then the variety will not spoil your entire meal.
Rule #4: Take Supplements
It is very important that you take a supplement. Supplements can give you the protein/carbohydrate that you lack. This will make your eating plan more effective and sustainable.
